Herrlicher Sonnenschein, eine laue Brise. Der Strand an der English Bay ist absolut ideal daf\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Abendessen habe ich mir dann wieder mal ein kleines Abenteuer geg\u00f6nnt. Der gute Mann war regelrecht entr\u00fcstet: &#8222;Ich dachte, Sie wissen was Sie tun, als sie das bestellt haben.&#8220; &#8230; Ja, ich wollte was neues und typisch kanadisches ausprobieren. Irgendwann ist immer das erste Mal&#8230;. Nun ja, er hat mir dann doch noch ein paar Grundlagen mitgegeben. Mein erster Einsatz mit Hummerzange und G\u00e4belchen war dementsprechend reichlich ungeschickt. Aber ich habe es doch hinbekommen. Und das Fleisch der Pacific Snow Crab war ausgesprochen aromatisch.
