{"id":338,"date":"2017-05-16T03:53:55","date_gmt":"2017-05-16T03:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/madjumpworld.com\/?p=338"},"modified":"2018-11-13T16:31:58","modified_gmt":"2018-11-13T16:31:58","slug":"kanada-montreal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/madjumpworld.com\/?p=338","title":{"rendered":"Kanada Montreal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>15.05.2017<\/p>\n<p>Heute nur eine kurze Notiz.<\/p>\n<p>Gestern (14.05.2017) bin ich von morgens 6:00 Uhr (Ortszeit Dublin = 7:00 Uhr K\u00f6ln ) bis abends 22:00 Uhr (Ortszeit Montreal = 4:00 Uhr K\u00f6ln) unterwegs gewesen. Hat alles gut geklappt. War dann aber doch ein bi\u00dfchen m\u00fcde und habe es nicht mehr geschafft einen Beitrag zu verfassen.<\/p>\n<p>Heute hatte ich einen super sch\u00f6nen, aber auch k\u00f6rperlich recht anstrengenden Tag in Montreal. Ich bin n\u00e4mlich erst durch Downtown \u00fcber die Old Town bis zum Old Port gelaufen und anschlie\u00dfend wieder zur\u00fcck. Zum Abschlu\u00df des Tages bin ich dann noch auf den Mont Royal gestiegen. Von dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf Montreal. Besonders abends wenn es dunkel wird. Das war definitiv ein ausgewachsenes Fitnesstraining. Bin ganz sch\u00f6n geschafft.<\/p>\n<p>Morgen fahre ich nach Qu\u00e9bec weiter.
